Have Camera, Will Travel

Tim and I shot our first destination wedding last weekend. Sarah and Josh tied the knot in Duluth on a PERFECT fall day. It was a treat to photograph this gorgeous wedding. Thanks for choosing us! Here are some of my favorites...

A perfect accent to a fall wedding...caramel apples for all the guests.

This is Sarah's grandmother's pendant along with instructions for how to wear it.

This colorful tree provided a great backdrop for their first meeting.

The first kiss. (well...not the "first" kiss, but their first kiss as a married couple)

Out for a walk to go see Lake Superior.

Sarah and her sister, Emily.

We stole away for a private moment in the wine cellar.

This was our first wedding featuring a robot, Scrappy. Here he is lending a hand by giving out programs.

They had their cake knife specially engraved.

We were informed during the wedding party speeches that this couple has an affinity for "projects," and how they built their robot from scratch. We wanted to make sure we got a photo of the whole family.

The first dance.

It was a grand fall wedding at Duluth's Kitchi Gammi Club.
Congratulations Sarah and Josh Wibben. We wish you a happy future together.

Tina and Joe

Tina and Joe tied the knot earlier this month. They are great to work with, laid back and really fun to be around. We started the day in Stillwater, Minnesota and took some photos at Pioneer Park and the downtown area.

Here are the three sisters, Stephine, Tina, and Jenny. I know Jenny from working at Ingredients Cafe. Tim and I photographed her and Matt's wedding years ago. (Thanks for the referral Jenny!)

The ceremony was held at Trellis, a beautiful garden wedding location.
Here, Tina and her dad get ready for him to walk her down the isle and give her away.

You may kiss your bride!

These ushers were sure having fun while waiting for the guests to arrive!

Tina and Joe had some very fun and unique details at their wedding. Check out this great idea...

The guests signed rocks and placed them in beautiful vases.

And, check out these flowers. Every bridesmaid had a different color bouquet that corresponded her shoes, necklace, and groomsman's boutonniere.

The programs doubled as fans and boy did those come in handy on the hot July evening.

The favors were little jars of jam and honey. Yummy!

Congrats to Tina and Joe! You to make a great couple. We had a lot of fun spending the day with you.

John and Alli Tie the Knot!

Tim and I had the opportunity to photograph a beautiful wedding last weekend. The wedding was extra special because Tim's brother was the Groom! My brother-in-law married Alli and together make a wonderful couple. Tim and I couldn't be happier for these two and are so happy to have Alli as a Sister-in-law!

The wedding took place at Trellis in Stillwater, MN. What a picture perfect location! (Tim and I are pleased we have another wedding to photograph at Trellis in a few weeks.) It was a lovely, albeit hot, day. These are my favorites...

A candid.

The boys "getting ready."

Thier competitive streak coming out.

A group of folks, including John's best man, went in to buy and fix up this car for John and Alli as a wedding gift. Surprise!

We loved the swing as a prop with its soft, dappled light.

How beautiful is this woman!?

A reason to celebrate! Congrats John and Alli. We wish you all the best!
